Kingston Business Excellence Awards winners announced

Banquet Records was crowned Kingston’s Business of the Year at a glittering gala dinner which marks the highlight of the borough’s business calendar.

The iconic record store in Eden Walk, which also hosts its own club nights, took the top award at the Kingston Business Excellence Awards.

There was also high praise for Mental Movement Magazine which finished second in the Business of the Year category, the biggest award on a glittering evening at Ravens Ait in Surbiton.

Backed by Kingston Chamber of Commerce, Kingston First and the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, the Awards were compered by TV presenter and radio host Becky Ives at Ravens .

The Kingston Business Excellence Awards 2017 were sponsored by British Land and USS, joint owners of British Land.
